Healthy Fall Festivals take place in Uvalde, Phoenix, Houston, and Kingsport. Partnered with Equality Health Foundation and other community partners, we are able to provide the communities with 1,000 turkey’s/ham’s and produce. We also are able to provide whole-person care, promote health education. Our mission is to improve access to health and well-being in underserved and under-resourced communities.
